We had a weight check at the doctors today for the baby and he is doing well. He isn't quite back up to birth weight but real close so they are happy with that. Kendall is still loving being a big sister most of the time. She just doesn't understand why I can't carry her a lot yet but I can carry him. It's hard to explain surgery to a 2 year old. Here is a picture of her helping put his binky back in his mouth (even though I don't think he is going to use them since he spits them out a lot).

Have you tried different pacifiers? Sometimes a different style might work better also, sometimes it took a while for my kids to get the hang of the pacifier! Of course, you may not want him to take one that bad but it's just some thoughts! Looks like Kendall is a good little helper!!
